  • All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at customercare@sotc.in without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed up to a period of 7 days after the date of transaction/purchase.

Terms and Conditions for ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI Offer:

  • Offer valid only on New Booking made during the offer period ( Campaign Period)
  • 5% cashback up to Rs 6,000/- on ICICI BANK CREDIT CARDS EMI Transactions, Valid on a minimum transaction of 40,000
  • EMI / Interest on EMI will be paid by the customer to the Bank, Interest will be as per ICICI Bank's rate of Interest for EMI transactions.
  • Only ONE EMI is allowed per booking, One Cashback per booking
  • Existing Offers can be clubbed with this Offer
  • Offer only valid for purchases of Holiday Packages on EMIs using ICICI Credit card
  • The Cashback shall be payable - 60 days after end of the month during which the sale is registered. For e.g. EMI taken on 17 july, 2019 (cashback paid within 60 days after end of July, 2019). ICICI Bank shall pay the cash-back to the customer.
  • Incase of a cancellation the cashback will be reversed
  • Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Credit card Holders is on a voluntary basis
  • The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions
  • Standard SOTC Travel Limited Terms & Conditions will apply on holidays bought during the promotional period and ICICI Bank will not entertain any complaints or issues pertaining to the holidays and services offered by them
  • Cancellation Policy: Refund will be processed after deducting the cancellation fees as below. Entire discount amount + Cancellation charges + SOTC Charges + Cashback.
  • Packages are subject to availability.
  • The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-cashable and not valid for Void Transactions.
  • Offers are valid for Customers booking products as per the terms / validity on www.sotc.in.
  • ICICI Bank and Alliance partner reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  • Rate of exchange is subject to change and final price will be dependent on the prevailing rate of exchange of the day of booking, Government taxes applicable will be charged extra
