  • This Discount card (hereinafter referred to as “the said Card”) can be redeemed against the purchase of SOTC Travel Ltd.’s (hereinafter referred to as SOTC) International / Domestic Holidays only.
  • The Holder of the said card has to commence his travel before 31st March 2019 and holidays to be booked before 30th Nov 2018
  • The said Card is: a) Non Encashable (cannot be exchanged against cash under any circumstances) b) Non Refundable (cannot be refunded and hence needs to be redeemed before date of expiry and cannot be refunded for the unutilized value of gift card) c) Non Transferable (cannot be transferred to another person - The name of the person mentioned hereof is solely entitled to redeem the said Card)
  • The said card is not valid for blackout /peak dates, any exhibitions / events happening (If any).
  • If any Surcharge will is be applicable during the abovementioned period, the same shall be intimated to the Holder of the said Card at the time of booking of SOTC’s International /Domestic Holidays
  • The said Card entitles the Holder to this special benefit and is meant for a one time redemption Only by the Holder and any balance amount thereafter will be forfeited. The identity of the person may be required at the time of booking the SOTC’s International /Domestic Holiday. Mutilation or defacing of the gift card would result in automatic forfeiture of the benefit contemplated therein.
  • In case if the cost of the tour booked by the Holder of the said Card is greater than the face value of the said card, then the booking can be confirmed only on payment of the balance tour cost within the stipulated time
  • The said Card can be redeemed for SOTC International / Domestic holiday only. The said Card is NOT VALID on standalone Air / Train tickets, meals, visas, forex, insurance and the like
  • No refund will be given to the Holder for the unutilized value of the said Card.
  • The inability to redeem the said Card for any reason whatsoever will not make SOTC liable for any refund. Part redemption of the said Card is not allowed
  • In case of a Holder holding multiple gift cards, he/she cannot club and claim the value thereof against one holiday or one booking (1 Gift card against 1 Holiday)
  • The tour / services booked by the Holder shall be subject to the Booking Terms and Conditions and How to Book Rules of the respective Tour. The Holder shall follow the same booking process / procedure like any other normal client of the respective Tour. All services to be booked are subject to availability
  • The Holder of the said Card needs to reserve their holiday with SOTC, at least 45 days prior to the commencement of the date of travel. All holidays are subject to availability and SOTC cannot be held responsible in case confirmations are not possible in some cases due to delay in reserving their holiday with SOTC.
  • The said card has to be surrendered in original to book your holiday and cannot be combined with any other offer / scheme / discount announced by SOTC at the time of redemption of the said Card
  • SOTC shall not be held responsible if the said card is lost or stolen and it will not be reissued. SOTC shall not indemnify for loss / damage / use by another person of the said card
  • Any matter arising out of or in relation to the said Card shall be decided by the CEO of SOTC and His / Her decision shall be final and binding. In case of dispute or difference concerning the utilization of the said Card, the services availed by the Holder and any matter related thereto, the forums, courts and tribunals in Mumbai alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain and try the same
  • SOTC reserves the right to change / modify the terms and conditions at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason
  • The benefit under the scheme is guaranteed subject to the above and shall not be withdrawn by SOTC voluntarily unless there is a force majeure where under we are unable to perform the obligation under the scheme for reasons beyond our control, such as, but not limited to the acts of God, civil or military authorities, acts of public enemy, terrorist attacks, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, insurrections, accidents, explosions, fire, earthquake, flood, epidemics, acts of Government, agencies or officers or any other legitimate cause restraining such obligations
  • If circumstances lead to the cancellation of tour or tour related services entitling you for a refund, the refund shall be processed as per the applicable procedure mentioned in the Booking Terms and Conditions and How to Book Rules and no cash will be refunded for discounts availed as per the terms of the said Card.
  • In such an event, the holder is permitted to buy a holiday of a higher value by paying the balance differential amount. SOTC will not be liable for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly to any person or property on account of delay in services, any deficiencies in the service or its quality, nature and manner of performance rendered or to be rendered by the concerned contractors or suppliers of such services including the airlines, hotels, cruise and the like.
  • Any gesture extended by SOTC and / or its employees, agents, representative to the Holder of the said Card to intimate such loss or damage if any, will not constitute any admission of such liabilities
  • The eligibility of the Holder of the said Card to participate in a Tour of SOTC is subject to the Government of India and Reserve Bank of India rules and regulations, law relating to foreign exchange prevailing in India and the intending Tour Participants being granted Visas by the respective sovereign governments. SOTC does not take any responsibility in case any Tour Participant is unable to travel due to non-sanctioning of Visas or other relevant travel documents. In such case, the rules relating to ‘Cancellation and Refund’ as are applicable to any common Tour Participant shall be applicable without exception
  • All ‘Terms and Conditions’ of SOTC as are applicable to all International / Domestic holidays of SOTC shall apply to the gift card Holder without any exception
  • The said Card is applicable on product listed price only and not on the negotiated price. The said Card cannot be clubbed with other discount coupon and cash back offer (if any)
  • The said Card can be redeemed at SOTC Branches only.
