Mr. Vishal Suri is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at SOTC Travel Limited. A strategic leader with over 3 decades of working experience and 15 illustrious years of expertise in the travel industry, Mr. Suri spearheads the business with his innovative and proactive strategic planning and strong management skills.
A well-structured, dynamic and result-oriented leader, Mr. Suri ardently believes in inspiring his colleagues to think par excellence, and developing a culture of success, collaboration and excellence in the Organization.
Prior to his elevation to the current role, Mr. Suri was the Chief Executive Officer-Tour Operating at SOTC Travel (formerly Kuoni India). He joined Kuoni-Tour Operating in August 2012 post his 7-years long stint with Thomas Cook India, where he was the Chief Operating Officer- Leisure Travel (Outbound & Domestic). In the course of his career, Mr. Suri has successfully led roles while rolling out new products and business models in consumer businesses. Known for his exceptional people skills, Mr. Suri holds a sound reputation of managing and developing dynamic teams.
Mr. Suri is extremely passionate about the tourism industry and believes in delivering extraordinary experiences to every customer. He holds a graduate degree of Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and attended Executive Management Programs at leading business schools like IIM Bangalore, Henley Business School UK & London Business School UK to constantly keep widening his horizons as a trailblazer.

President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Farroukh Kolah is President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO), for SOTC Travel Limited.
Mr. Kolah is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries and a Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants.
Mr. Kolah comes with over 25 years of diverse experience in the field of Financial Management where he has worked with Industry leading organizations like Hindalco, Godrej, IL&FS, Telstra/ PCCW JV & GE Capital. His last assignment was with Electronic Payment & Services (EPS) as its CFO.
At SOTC Travel, he is responsible for Financial Planning & Reporting, Taxation & Regulatory Compliances, Risk Governance & Capital Management. Mr. Farroukh Kolah plays a key role as the member of Management Council & bring in his experience on forecasting & driving cost benefit measures for new business initiatives in SOTC.
President & Country Head - Holidays and Corporate Tours
Mr. S.D Nandakumar is a travel industry veteran with more than 2 decades of experience handling various segments like MICE, Retail, Corporate and Ecommerce.
He is an aggressive business development professional with strong management skills; in fields of sales, channel, project, operations & profit centers.
Mr. Nandakumar is currently President & Country Head - Holidays and Corporate Tours which caters to the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events vertical. He is responsible for driving efficiencies within the MICE team and providing strategic guidance. With deep experience in business development and vast knowledge of MICE he has been instrumental in providing high quality service delivery to corporate customers. He leads a team with leadership position in this segment. He headed the ecommerce vertical at SOTC and successfully shaped an omnichannel distribution strategy for SOTC.
President & Group Head - Global Business Travel
Indiver Rastogi is a prominent figure in the travel and tourism industry, renowned for his exceptional expertise as a turnaround specialist, earning accolades for revitalising and restructuring businesses.
He has deftly identified new opportunities and fostered extraordinary business growth, resulting in clear shareholder gains over the last 8 years for P&Ls. Presently, serving as President & Group Head - Global Business Travel at Thomas Cook India Limited (A Fairfax Company), Rastogi holds a position of paramount importance, leading and overseeing the Global Corporate Travel Business, encompassing renowned entities like SOTC and TC Travel within the Thomas Cook India Group. He is also part of the management committee for both organisations.
Rastogi began as Head of Sales at the age of 29 - as the youngest COO in the industry in 2014 at Thomas Cook. Throughout his illustrious career, he has honed his expertise across sales, operations, business development, airline relationships, and customer relationship management.
His strategic acumen is evident in his outstanding performance in global P&L responsibility and ownership of market revenues, leading to impressive top-line growth, as well as his role in spearheading country operations for India and key geographies, showcasing his ability to explore new markets and forge global alliances for Thomas Cook India and SOTC. Moreover, his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, successfully transitioning businesses like Dnata India and TC Travel to Thomas Cook Group, has further cemented his reputation as a strategic and visionary leader.
Rastogi has also served as the Non-Executive Director and board member for 2 years representing Asia and Africa for global UK-based ITP Travel - one of the world’s leading network alliances of independent travel management companies.
Senior Vice President & Head - Human Resources
Ms. Deepti Sheth is currently the Senior Vice President & Head - Human Resources at SOTC Travel Limited. Ms. Sheth leads the HR function for SOTC Travel Limited and is responsible for various strategic HR initiatives and programs in alignment with the business objectives at SOTC and leads the Corporate HR and Learning & Development functions for the Thomas Cook Group.
Prior to Thomas Cook Group, Deepti was associated with companies like Edelweiss Financial Services (Senior Manager HR – Wholesale Capital Markets & Wholesale Asset Management) and ASK Investment Holdings Pvt Ltd (Manager HR – Investment Banking & Property Investment Advisors).
Before her stint in financial services, she was with Avenues India Pvt Ltd. as Manager – HR, where she managed the end-to-end HR function. Her areas of interest lie in Talent Development, Engagement, Culture Building and Diversity & Inclusion. She has varied experience of over 19 years in the HR domain.
An avid reader, Ms. Deepti Sheth loves to paint, travel and experience new cultures.

Mr. Nilesh Vikamsey is a senior partner at KKC & Associates LLP (Formerly - Khimji Kunverji & Co LLP) – an 89-year-old Chartered Accountants firm. He is an Independent Director in many other Listed and Unlisted Companies. He is a Past President of ICAI. He was a Director & the past Chairman of Federal Bank Limited, 360 One WAM Ltd and was member of IRDAI.
Mr. Vikamsey is presently President of the West India Council Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), a member of the Advisory Committee on Mutual Funds of SEBI and Finance, Corporate & Allied Laws Committee & Core Group member of Bombay Chartered Accountants Society (BCAS).
He is Member of Advisory Boards of, IC3 Institute, MentorMyBoard & Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Ltd (MAHAPREIT) Alternate Investment Fund (AIF) and Jain Chartered Accountants Federation. He is a trustee in ‘Sayagyi U Ba Khin’ Memorial Trust (Vipassana International Academy, Igatpuri) & few educational trusts in Mumbai.
He was an observer on the Board of International Federation of Accountants and Member of IFAC’s Technology Advisory Group, was Chairman of SEBI’s Qualified Audit Report Committee (QARC) and was member of Corporate Governance Committee chaired by Uday Kotak, Primary Market Advisory Committee and Committee on Disclosures and Accounting Standards (SCODA), International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) Reference Group for Audits of Less Complex Entities. Mr. Mahesh Iyer, is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Thomas Cook (India) Limited (TCIL) and has been with TCIL for 29 years. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer OF TCIL he has held multiple roles in Thomas Cook (India) Limited including that of Head of Foreign Exchange, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Iyer handles overall responsibility for the operations and financial performance of the TCIL in India, as well as the performance of its subsidiaries in India and abroad.
He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from JBIMS (Mumbai) and has successfully completed a Business Management degree from IIM-Calcutta.
Mr. Mahesh Iyer joined the Board of SOTC Travel Limited with effect from May 7, 2025.
Non Executive Independent Director
Mrs. Kishori Udeshi has an M.A. Degree in Economics from Bombay University. She moved on to a professional career in central banking and became the first woman to be appointed as Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India.
She was the first Executive Director of the RBI to be nominated on the Board of State Bank of India. As Deputy Governor, one of her portfolios was the regulation and supervision of the banking and non-banking sector. She represented the RBI on the Core Principles Liaison Group and the Core Principles Working Group on Capital, of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, set up by the Bank for International Settlements, Switzerland. As Deputy Governor she was on the Board of SEBI, NABARD, Exim Bank and was the Chairman of Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran (Pvt.) Ltd., Bangalore as also Chairman of the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation.
In 2006 the Reserve Bank of India appointed her as Chairman of The Banking Codes and Standards Board of India. She demitted this office in December 2011. She was a Member of the Financial Sector Legislative Reforms Commission chaired by Justice SriKrishna, set up by the Government of India.
Mrs. Udeshi is currently a Director of Haldyn Glass Limited, ION Exchange (India) Limited, Cartrade Tech Limited and Kalyan Jewellers Limited , while also being on the Board of Thomas Cook (India) Limited.
Mrs. Udeshi joined the Board of SOTC Travel Limited with effect from June 1, 2017.
Non Executive Independent Director
Mr. Bhagat is a versatile Consumer Banking professional with close to 3 decades of experience. He is a BA graduate from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University and holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from the College of William & Mary, USA. Mr. Bhagat began his career as a management trainee at ANZ Grindlays Bank (1989-1997) before joining Bank of America as Vice President (1997-1999). He later joined HDFC Bank where he spent the next 16 years (1999-2015) playing a significant role in building the retail banking business into a dominant market leadership position. As Country Head – Retail Liabilities, Marketing & Direct Banking Channels, Mr. Bhagat reported to the CEO for 10 years and was a member of the Senior Leadership Team. He thereafter partnered Vodafone India Ltd in successfully applying for a Payments Bank license in 2015 and was appointed CEO (designate) of the then proposed Bank.
During his extensive banking career, Mr. Bhagat’s contribution and leadership has been recognised through invitation to numerous Boards and Committees, including Standing Committee on Retail Banking, Indian Bank’s Association; Executive Committee - National Securities Depository Limited; Customer Global Advisory Board, NCR Corp (USA); Global Advisory Board, Diebold Inc (USA); and Member of Indian Public Schools’ Society.
Non Executive Director
Debasis Nandy, 52, is a Chartered Accountant and a Finance Professional. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Debasis has been a part of the Executive Development Programme at Wharton and London Business School.
Debasis has been with Thomas Cook India since 2008 and is presently the President & Group Chief Financial Officer. He has over 30 years of diverse experience in the field of Finance & Accounts, with stints at Piramal Healthcare, Aviva, ICI and Indian Aluminium.
Debasis is responsible for and oversees the Finance & Accounts function of Thomas Cook India Group Companies, which span across 4 continents and 24 countries.
With his expertise and diverse experience, Debasis plays a significant role in the performance of the Company and is a key member of the Group Management Committee.
