It is well-connected to all the major cities around the world and you can easily get a flight from India. Though you can get a direct flight to Salzburg from any of the major Indian cities, there are no non-stop flights. You’ll have at least one stopover in between. Once you land at the Salzburg airport, you can take bus numbers 2, 10 and 180 to reach the city centre. Taxis take lesser time but are more expensive. Alternatively, you could hire a car from the airport if you plan to drive yourself around Salzburg. There is no direct train connectivity to the airport.
