The mountain by the town is worth climbing or riding the funicular to the top, for exquisite views of Interlaken and its two lakes. There’s also the hamlet of Unterseen by its foothills, a restaurant at the summit and two lookout pavilions on the way.
Tip: Stop by the Harder Alpine Wildlife Park for some ibex spotting.
