Chandigarh’s Rose Garden is the largest of its kind in India. Created in 1967, it is home to over 825 species of flowers. Other than the flowers, there are more than 32,000 species of trees and medicinal plants. Visit here in February or March when the flowers are in full bloom. The garden is a riot of colours and the exquisite scents instantly relax you. Take a serene stroll amidst this bounty of nature and appreciate the beauty. The Rose Garden is spread over an area of 30 acres in Sector 17.
