Ema Datshi<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc38619 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dc38619\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A unique and spicy semi gravy combo of chili pepper and cheese, the chilies are either fresh green chilies or dry red chilies, cooked with datshi i.e local Bhutanese cheese, with a generous amount of butter.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16cdaad elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"16cdaad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Kewa Datshi<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50a34d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"50a34d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Kewa is Bhutanese for potato. This mildly flavoured dish is similar to scalloped potatoes only cooked with local cheese, and few other ingredients like chillies and tomatoes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ecb417f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ecb417f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Yak Meat<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db407d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"db407d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>This perfectly sweet and lightly-flavoured red meat served with rice, and veggies is juicier than buffalo, and not too gooey. Goep<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cb2979 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7cb2979\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you love tripe, slices of tripe saut\u00e9ed with chilies, onions, and small vegetables, is a drool-worthy food that you must have when in Bhutan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-614511e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"614511e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Jasha Maroo<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0b0fe84 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0b0fe84\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Also known as spicy chicken, it cooked with a mix of chilies, onion, tomato, garlic, coriander leaves and ginger with thinley diced chicken. Though often called a stew, there\u2019s a hefty portion of chicken broth in the final dish. Combine it with red rice to experience this delicacy in its purest form.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31fe715 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"31fe715\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Phaksha Paa (Pork with Red Chilies)<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a4a619c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a4a619c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>This Bhutanese stew of boneless pork shoulder is slow cooked with radish, ginger, bok choy, and of course the chilli powder. Finally, the stew is garnished with dried pork and fresh green chili. Red Rice<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f2f505f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f2f505f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Regardless of where you are in Bhutan, you must eat the famous red rice. The red rice is what Dal Rice is to Indians or Bread is to Americans. It is said that this minerally rich rice is so healthy, that one serving of it will give you 80% of your daily manganese and 20 % your daily phosphorous need. It also has one of the more famous anti-oxidant known as flavanoids which helps in fighting cancer cells.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-992d741 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"992d741\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">10.
